Our Sales Team
There isn't any pressure when you shop at Fendon's. We don't appreciate aggressive and pushy sales people when we shop in other stores and we don't pressure customers in our store. Every member of our sales team has one simple goal: to help you find the perfect furniture and mattress set for your needs or the ideal fabric for your reupholstery job and pick just the right finish for your furniture refinishing or antique restoration project. We want you to take as much time as you need to make the best home furnishings decision for you.
Our sales team, Julie, Lisa and Martha, have extensive furniture and mattress sales experience. There isn't anyone on the team with less than 10 years of experience and one of them has been with us for over 30 years! Also, when you shop with Fendon's, you never have to worry about aggressive commission-based sales tactics. Our sales staff all work together as a team and they are compensated together as a team. Even if you usually work with a specific member of our team and they aren't available on the day you call or come in, another member of the team will be happy to help you with your best interests as their priority and your usual salesperson won't be penalized because you worked with someone else on the team on that particular day.

Fendon's sales team members are also available to do in-home design consultations. And while they usually do design consultations in Bishop or Mammoth Lakes, our team members can travel as far south as Lone Pine, and as far north as June Lake, to see your home firsthand and design a refreshing new concept for you.
Fendon's has a large clientele of second homeowners from Southern California and the San Francisco Bay Area as well. Many own homes up and down the Eastern Sierra, including Bishop, Mammoth Lakes, June Lake and Lone Pine. Our sales team is comfortable using digital images exchanged via email to help such clients find the right furniture and mattress sets for their vacation homes or to discuss and review the details of their furniture reupholstery, refinishing or repair projects.
All of our sales team members can also assist you in picking out fabrics for a furniture reupholstery or furniture repair job. They can also discuss furniture refinishing and antique furniture restoration knowledgeably with you and will be happy to set up an appointment for a free estimate.
We also make it easy to buy with a variety of financing programs (on approved credit) and many of our programs are interest-free if the principal balance is paid in full before the end of the financing term - ask us for details. Any one of our team members will be happy to assist you when you come in or call our store. Julie, Lisa, and Martha look forward to helping you find just the right furniture and mattress sets that will "make your house a home" and they hope to make every customer interaction a helpful, enjoyable, and fun experience.
Office & Administration
Judi New has been running our office since 1999. Judi acts as our "air-traffic controller" because she multi-tasks very well and capably handles so many duties in the office from delivery coordination to all of our bookkeeping while a keeping a smile on her face and in her voice!

Reupholstery & Wood Refinishing Shop & Delivery Staff
At Fendon's we are honored to have a highly-skilled and hard-working shop and delivery team. Our reupholstery foreman and our wood shop foreman each have over 20 years of experience in their respective disciplines. Along with Jerry Fendon, they and the rest of our shop staff have over 120 years of combined furniture restoration experience! Our hard-working delivery team understands how valuable your home furnishings are to you and treats your delivery with care and respect. Today's home furnishings are heavier than ever and our guys do a great job. We know that because we constantly get very positive customer comments and reviews about them. We are grateful to have such a great delivery team who do their best for our customers!
